This version of Atoms Unreal contains the following bug fixes and improvements.

Features and improvements:

  • AgentGroupActor: Added culling camera actor property.

  • Extended quaternion and transform functions inside compute shaders.

  • Navigation: improved speed and quality, added sequence index property.

  • Sync module: support multiple layout components on the parent agent group.

  • Added high field trace complex property inside plugin settings window.

  • AgentGroupActor added CreateNewAgent method. It can be used from anywhere.

  • AgentGroupActor KillAgent method can be now called from everywhere.

  • Agent: added “actor” object metadata to each agent created.

  • Added global LineTraceAgents blueprint function to do a ray-cast against every agent.

  • Added global GetAgentsInRange blueprint function to get agents in a radius.

  • Draw function of the behaviours is now executed also when the game is in pause.

Bug Fixes:

  • AnimationXPU: improved loop blending.

  • Fixed gravity field registration.

  • AnimationCPU: fixed start frame of the no-looping clip.

  • Fixed crash when importing a scene JSON with folders.

  • Sync module: fixed create and kill agents using data from the parent agent group.

  • Scene Import: fixed skeleton and animation with detached joints.

  • Locomotion: fixed time normalization.
