Joint Parent Constraint

The joint parent contraint operator constrains one joint onto another.

Attributes	Type	Description
joint	string	The joint to constraint
parentJoint	string	The joint to driving the constraint
keepBindOffset	bool	If on, the world offset between the two joints in bind pose is going to be applied.
translationLocalOffset	vector3	The offset to apply to the joint in its local space.
translationWorldOffset	vector3	The offset to apply to the joint in world space.
