Exporting meshes

You can open the Mesh Exporter using the shelf button or via the Atoms Menu: Atoms > Export > Mesh Exporter



With the mesh exporter you can export the selected mesh or group of meshes into the .geos Atoms Crowd format.

The meshes can be static or skinned (when exporting variation geometries the "Export Skin Weight" checkbox should be on). Users should also provide the path to the atomsskel file of the agent type and select the skeleton root.

Users can export the textures and triangulate the mesh directly inside the .geos file.

Also the blend shapes attached to the current mesh can be exported. When the blend option is turned on the output mesh will contain the name, id, points and normals attributes of each blend shape target.
