Clip reader XPU

The clip reader XPU is the most simple XPU component. It plays a single anim sequence.

Create an agent group actor.
Add a grid layout component, set an agent type and change the size property to creates multiple agents.
Add a clip reader XPU component and set a compatible anim sequence.
