The joint parent contraint operator constrains one joint onto another.

| parentJoint | string | The joint to driving the constraint |
| keepBindOffset | bool | If on, the world offset between the two joints in bind pose is going to be applied. |
| translationLocalOffset | vector3 | The offset to apply to the joint in its local space. |
| translationWorldOffset | vector3 | The offset to apply to the joint in world space. |
