A new tool called "Metadata browser" has been introduced from Atoms 4.5.0.
You can open it via the Atoms Menu: Atoms > Tools > Metadatas > Metadata Browser.
This tool will let you select any MapMetadata file exported by Atoms (.geos, .cache, .clothcache, .atomscharacter, etc) and will display its content.
